Whole Spice Blend

How to brew

Try mixing about 10 to 20% milk with 80 to 90% water and a heaped teaspoon of chai per mug.

Bring to the boil, then allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes, strain, sweeten and serve. If you prefer a milkier chai, adjust the milk to water ratio until it suits your taste.

Ps. The subtle flavours release slowly, but if left in the pot too long the blend becomes quite strong and the hot spices can overpower.

Enjoy!

Rooibos Blend

Some of these blends also work well mixed together. Try half Rooibos chai and half Whole Spice Blend chai in your brew, they pair very nicely. Or for a caffeine free option, try half Rooibos blend and half Dandelion chai.

Dandelion Chai

How to Brew

Try measuring about 30 to 40% milk to 60 to 70% water with a level teaspoon of chai per mug.

Bring to the boil, then allow to sit for about 5 to 10 minutes. Strain, sweeten and serve.

The Dandelion chai is quite strong, so a level teaspoon may be enough for one serve. If you find you've made it too strong, reheat the chai and add a little more water and milk.

If it's too weak, add a little more chai to the pot, heat again and allow to sit for a few more minutes.
